# BONK or BUST Fee Distribution

Bonk or Bust markets will be powered by Hxro Network’s parimutuel protocol.  A **5% transaction fee** will be taken by the platform from each pool.  The breakdown of how the 5% fee is allocated is as follows:

* **3% to Hxro Network Transaction Fee**
* **1% to Bonkswap maintenance/operations**
* **.5% to purchase BONK for BONK staking vault**
* **.5% to purchase HXRO for HXRO staking vault for BONK stakeholders**

All BONK purchased by the vault will be distributed as rewards on a pro-rata basis to all staked wallets.

All HXRO purchased by the vault will be staked to the Hxro Network staking protocol for a duration of 3 years. Accrued Hxro Network Rewards will then be distributed to BONK stakers pro-rata.
